There is a waiting period of up to 15 days before illness coverage begins.
Any illness that occurs during this waiting period will not be covered.
There is no waiting period for accident coverage and, if added, Fetch Wellness. These can be used on or after the effective date of your pet’s policy.
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Like other pet insurance providers, we don’t cover pre-existing conditions. This is any condition that occurs, or your pet shows signs of, before you enroll or during the waiting period of up to 15 days.
